Hey, Dude. @ 4:23 AM

So The Fray performed in Hawaii last night. Epic? I think so. However, there is just one tiny thing wrong with that. It wasn't Minnesota. I want for them to come back ever so much, seeing them this summer was just surreal, knowing I was front-row, only a couple feet away from the great Isaac Slade himself. Not to mention, Joe, Ben, and Dave, too. :) However, everytime I check up on Ticketmaster, Minneapolis fails to show up on the list of tour dates. It's not cool. For example, after last night's show, there are currently seven lined up performances across the U.S. None of them happen to be here. This is a super short blog, but I just felt I had to vent for a tiny bit. I have school. :P I'll leave you this picture in rememberance of what could've been.. :P

British people can PWN @ 7:25 PM

Sup? So it's November third, just thought I'd point that out. And I have the slightest feeling that the months are going to go by slower and slower. Where did September go? I was just school supply shopping a little while ago. And October? Poof! But alas, I'm now counting down the days until good old December, where waiting at the bus stop is a medical hazard due to frostbite. The trimester is over in roughly a month, which means, YAY! New trimester! Nope. YAY! Finals? Yeah. High school has those. Yet another luxury taken away due to the transition from middle school to high school. Shall we list all the wonderful things we've lost? Sure! a) Sleeping in. Last year, it took me twenty minutes tops to get ready for school. I'd wake up around seven am every single weekday. Seven is after my bus picks me up now. b) Speaking of the bus, it's a whole 'nother street away this year. Whee. c) The teachers are okay this year. Okay. Just. Okay. I'm kind of missing last year where you could totally goof off with the teacher and they'd seek vengeance on you. Now the teachers just teach. Which is, again - Okay. It's their job, right? d) The drama ante's been upped. I must admit, I have probably 99% less drama than I did last year, yay! However, the drama that IS going on that I hear almost every day in the hallway is 'I'm preggo' or 'I got arrested last weekend for meth stuff' Last year, everyone put emphasis on the stupid middle school relationships that went on. Like 'Yerrrr my everrryything' and then they'd break up like, a week later. So although people only pay attention to the ACTUAL serious stuff, the serious stuff, is.. serious.

Anyhoo.. So the past few weeks, I've been talking to someone on Youtube from the UK. Her name is.. Well, I'm not in good memory at the moment, but I believe it's Rosalie? I'll check super quick! Hold on.. *pauses blogging* Rodella! Yeah. It's awesome, I wouldn't be surprised if she was my British self. She commented on my profile saying it was cool that I liked The Fray, and that she did too, and stuff like that. I replied, and we've just kind of been talking ever since. She's almost as obsessed with "The Four Men Of Awesome" as I am, she says 'rubbish' in every other paragraph, and she has a BRITISH ACCENT. Well, I've never heard her actual voice, but I kinda put two-and-two together. I received another message from her this morning and she states that "My mum and I have always wanted to visit America on holiday, my mum is fascinated with your culture. It's her favourite everything! She loves the American shows on the telly, and your music, especially The Fray! Not all the rubbish we have in the UK." I was like, :O, you are the farthest person from 'n00b' I've ever met.

Well, That's Enough For Now, off to bed. :D

P.S. Seven more days until The Fray's new album!!!

High School's Rough @ 3:09 PM

I should probably be working on my estimated 4 hours of homework I have due tomorrow, but I choose not to by procrastinating on less-than-educational activities. So freshman year wasn't exactly it was all it's cracked up to be. Yes, we're not middle school n00bs anymore, but being the freshmeat of the halls isn't exactly all that amazing as it once seemed. After being drunk off of adrenaline that first couple weeks, you slowly start to sink into the hangover. Seniors give you dirty glares in the hallway, your homework seems to accumulate faster than ever, and teachers aren't exactly as lenient as they once were those three treasured years in 6-8. Especially if you're an honors student. So I'll be getting back to Advanced Earth Science now, good bye facebook, and good bye social life.

I'm Alex / Tibby,

And I'm in love with The Fray.
